Plum and then Some

1 oz  Old Tom Gin
1 oz Beach Plum Gin Liqueur
½ oz  Amontillado Sherry
¼ oz Campari
¼ oz Grenadine
3 dashes of Mexican Mole Bitters

What To Do

Stir with cracked ice in a chilled stirring glass. Strain in a Nick and Nora glass or coupe glass. No garnish or maybe garnish with a plum slice if they’re in season.

A Few Words

Bought myself a few different bottles of Greenhook gin and decided to come up with a cocktail. A very floral and aromatic drink. It’s got a lot of digestif flavors going on so it’s a great cocktail for after a meal. I suppose the bitters aren’t necessary, but I felt it really gave the drink a nice bite at the end. Really enjoyed this one. Cheers!
