Smoke Break


2 oz Campfire Whiskey
½ oz Coffee Liqueur
¼ oz Sweet Vermouth
½ oz Cinnamon Syrup
4 dashes Chicory Pecan Bitters

What To Do

Cinnamon Syrup: Combine 1 part sugar and water and bring to a boil. Take it off the heat. Steep 3 cinnamon sticks for 3-6 hours.

Stir with cracked ice in a chilled stirring glass. Strain into a rocks glass with one large cube. Garnish with a torched cinnamon stick.

A Few Words

Made a different cocktail from my St. George Spirits hall. Coffee and smoke go well together so those are the flavors I decided to play with. Campfire whiskey is great for this because the inherent smokey quality of it really compliments the liqueur. Smokey. Slightly bitter. Spirit forward. Not too sweet. A great one to sip on a winter night. Cheers!
