Mr. Golden Sun

2 oz Gin
½ oz Dry Vermouth
½ oz Escubac Liqueur
¼ oz Tonic Syrup
Half a barspoon of Absinthe
2 Dashes of Lemon bitters

Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. Stir. Strain. Garnish with a lemon twist. Serve.

Just got a bottle of this Escubac Liqueur. So so good. Tried it with just tonic water and it was awesome so I decided to make something that combines some of those flavors with the standard gin martini. Very bright. Not too dry. Bitter. Hints of citrus, anise, and caraway. Make sure to stir this bad boy well and chill your glass, this cocktail is definitely best served collllllllllld. Cheers!
