A Few Words

This drink is another variation on the classic Manhattan and named after the Brooklyn neighborhood. It was invented by Michael McIlroy at the influential NYC bar Milk & Honey. I enjoyed this one quite a bit. Some recipes leave out the Orange Bitters, but after looking around, the original does indeed have both bitters. Very herbal, but not in a bad way, the other ingredients definitely still come through. It’s strong and to the point. Yummy yummy. Cheers!
