A Few Words

An incredible Manhattan variation invented by Audrey Saunders at the Pegu Club in Manhattan. It’s named after the neighborhood in NYC (hence the mix of American and Italian ingredients). I absolutely adored this drink. Rich, slightly bitter with some great herbal notes. I might be leaning towards this one from now on when I’m feeling like a Manhattan. A must-try if you enjoy this type of whiskey cocktail. Cheers!
