A Few Words

Grabbed me a bottle of the relatively new Angostura Amaro. It’s quite yummy! The taste reminds me of a bitter Pimento Dram. Here is my first cocktail using it. I’m a little obsessed with this Giffard Grapefruit Liqueur as it works with pretty much with any spirit. Though, it really shines with Mezcal. This drink is smokey, herbal, slightly bitter. Hints of clove, agave and citrus. Cheers!
